Gourmet Pizza Zucchini pesto and Shrimp

Today I propose you a gourmet pizza: the first consumes stuffed with creamed peppers, stracciatella, anchovies and basil. 



Ingredients for 1 pizza: (view pizza dough in this blog): pizza-dough

  • Pizza dough 280g 
  • Courgettes 2
  • Stracciatella Burrata mozzarella 50g
  • Shrimps 5
  • Toasted pine nuts 30g
  • Oil evo 10g
  • Garlic 1\2 clove 
  •  Milk Cream 2 spoons 
  • Parsley qb 
  • Salt and pepper qb
Procedure:

We wash and cut the zucchini and put them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of evo oil, 1 clove of garlic, salt and pepper and let them cook 10 minutes add 2 tablespoons of  milk cream, transfer everything into a blender and add a little fresh parsley, whisk to obtain a smooth sauce. 

In the meantime, in a low and wide pan, toast 30 g of pine nuts for a few minutes.

Prepare the base of the pizza as above, baking it in the oven until you get a swollen and golden base.

Garnish the freshly baked pizza with the courgette sauce, 3/4 tablespoons of stracciatella burrata and pine nuts and finish with the prawns.

We bake for about 2-3 minutes.
