Gourmet Pizza

Today I propose you a gourmet pizza: the first consumes stuffed with creamed peppers, stracciatella, anchovies and basil. The second one with pumpkin cream, stracciatella, bacon and pine nuts.
The choice is yours!


Ingredients for 1 pizza: (view pizza dough in this blog): pizza-dough
  • Pizza dough 280g 
  • Pumpkin 80g
  • Stracciatella 50g
  • Speck 3 slices
  • Toasted pine nuts 30g
  • Oil evo 10g
  • Garlic 1\2 clove 
  • Cream 2 spoons 
  • Parsley 
  • Salt and pepper
Procedure:

We wash a pumpkin, cut it into pieces and boil it in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain, squeeze with a cloth to remove excess water and put in the mixer. Trim the pumpkin with 2 tablespoons of evo oil, 2 tablespoons of cream, 1 clove of garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to obtain a homogeneous sauce. Meanwhile, in a low and wide pan, we toast 30g of pine nuts for a few minutes.
We prepare the base of the pizza as above, baking it until we obtain a swollen and golden base.
Garnish the freshly baked pizza with the pumpkin sauce, 3 tablespoons of stracciatella, speck and pine nuts. We bake for about 2-3 minutes.
