Gourmet Pizza

Today I propose you a gourmet pizza: the first consumes stuffed with creamed peppers, stracciatella, anchovies and basil. 


Ingredients for 1 pizza: (view pizza dough in this blog):pizza-dough
  • Pizza dough 280g 
  • Red peppers 1
  • Stracciatella 50g
  • Anchovies in oil 3-4
  • Garlic 1\2 clove 
  • Cooking cream 2 spoons 
  • Oil evo 10g
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt and pepper
Procedure:

We wash the pepper and roast it over a flame. At home you can easily do it on the stove flame by stabbing the pepper with a fork. Once roasted, let's peel it and cut the pulp into pieces. In the mixer, add the pepper pulp, 1 clove of garlic (remove the soul to make it more digestible), 2 tablespoons of cream, 2 tablespoons of evo oil, salt and pepper. Blend everything until you get a thick and homogeneous sauce.
Weigh 280-300g of pizza dough and spread it on a floured surface, forming a round base of about 22-25cm in circumference and about 2cm high.  Bake the base, without filling it, in a hot oven 200-220°C for about 10-12 minutes. As soon as the base is swollen and slightly golden, we bake, stuff it with the sauce, 3 tablespoons of stracciatella and 3-4 anchovies and put it back in the oven for about 2-3 minutes. We take out of the oven and decorate with some fresh basil leaves.
